Prerogative Commitments of Pak-china: Projects Based on Loans or Investments?
Abstract : T ake pro-active initiatives to keep the diplomatic relationship and national sovereignty as it prime responsibility There are looming speculations in the minds of denizens of Pakistan, regarding the prerogative commitments on 19 projects (MoUs) mostly based on power- energy grid. The intimidating doubts are hovering over the minds of think-thanks & analysts for chalking the clandestine motives of china in negotiating and bidding the projects to less- privileged country plague by the corruption charges; security issues and concurrent inevitable delays in delivering commandments. The govt. and head of state owe to the subjects to demonstrate the nature of projects as investment or loans. Let’s conjure; the nature of projects based on loans, therefore, required the cost on the sovereignty of Pakistan.
