It’s not novel about the India entry and aspiration for Nuclear Supplier Group(NSG). NSG came into force after the India tested the atomic bomb in 1974. According to this group, they will not enter new candidates to supply atomic material. However, in the previous week, we acknowledged the formal application made by both, Pakistan and India, an arch rival country to contest for membership in 74 member countries for the sake of widen their spectrum to sell nuclear material for the civilian purpose. Though, US intended to give India, blue eye child, in the group on country based entry, thrusting aside the criteria based or goal-oriented entry. Chinese firms are making feasibility report to evaluate the landscape of Pakistan's energy sector. With startling revelations, they made about the involvement  of government for delayed payments.
